Man Flu !!!

Well here I was all ready to start my fitness regime and cycle at least five miles around Ramsgate. Bike ready tyres pumped and the o so flattering lycra laid out ready! However I awoke at 01:30-am feeling as though I had ridden the London to Brighton! Unable to breathe out of my nose and sounding like some farmyard animal!

Whole day spent on the settee feeling very sorry for myself making a fuss that any man would have been proud of!!!

So tomorrow is another day and I will endeavor to start again!!
